We offer a 30 day return/exchange policy for all of our products if you are not satisfied.
Notify our customer service of the intended return at 989-293-1773 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and
we will email you promptly with a return authorization. Please include the reason(s) you are dissatisfied. It might be a simple problem that can be remedied. We hope you give us the chance.
Ship the product back to Charboneau Inc. with all original parts.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and Charboneau Inc. will pay to ship the replacement to you. Please include all original packaging and accessories with the returned item.
We will promptly ship the replacement or refund your payment
Charboneau Inc. strives to maintain a goal of 72 hours service for all replacements. You will receive an email when the return is processed to notify you of your replacement tracking number or refund.
We understand you may change your mind and prefer a refund. We are happy to refund you minus our shipping costs or offer a 110% store credit to use on any item in our store.
After the 30 day return/refund satisfaction guarantee expires our warranty conditions may apply.
This guarantee is null and void if the product has been modified, tampered with, or has been damaged by misuse rendering it unfit for resale.
